Check was a bit of a nightmare on the day we were there. Waited nearly an hour in line to get checked in (2.30pm on the Saturday) then had to wait for another half hour at the front of the hotel (in the car) because there were few cars a head of us that couldn’t get the boom gate to open up but blocking the entry! I believe the car driver tried to get help from someone from hotel but there was only 1 lady at reception and the line was up to the door waiting for check in. The reception lady was lovely it was just not pleasant experience and someone should have been there to help the reception lady. It was pretty stressful for 1.5 hours my kids were stuck in the car with my husband while I was in line waiting to check in and then to get past the boom gate.
