Breakfast was great. The staff we interacted with were fantastic! Particularly Stella who worked at breakfast time, she was very friendly and considerate. Best customer service I have received in a long time.

Fabulous location in the heart of the city. The staff were great, really helpful with any request. We come for a basketball tournament and the hotel was full but didn’t feel too busy. Buffet breakfast was good. $45 for adults and $18 for kids. Parking was around the corner and allowed multiple exit and entry per day which was great. Overall the stay was excellent for the price.

4 of us stayed for Gather Round weekend. The service was great from the start - one of the rooms that we were allocated had malfunctioning air-conditioning, and given the temperature it was far too warm in the room. After flagging this and their maintenance person being unable to resolve, we were transferred into a different room promptly. The location was fantastic, and the hotel itself is tucked into a nice little corner so despite being in the city, you felt a little removed from it which was refreshing. We will be staying again next year if we can secure a booking
