Although the receptionists are not there in person and on a video screen, they are lovely ladies and really pleasant to deal with actually, its quite a relaxed vibe in there most of the time. Not hard to get along with the people staying there and nobody really causes any trouble, there is 2 kitchen areas and they are pretty good. Youve got ovens in both, a microwave and toaster oven also, lounge area is comfortable, nice couches with recliners and a big tv
