Daily housekeeping! Very pleasant and helpful staff. Our room was as advertised and very clean. Shower had excellent water pressure. Good location for cafes, public transport, and the beach. Priced appropriately and that was during Gather Round.

The location was good, and the property was clean, so I don’t have any major complaints. It was well-maintained, and there were some small but thoughtful basics provided, like cutlery and a coffee kettle, which I really appreciated. Considering the price we paid, I was overall happy with the stay. However, there were a couple of things I struggled with. The bed was very hard, and I couldn’t sleep comfortably on the double bed. It had springs, and I could actually feel them, which made it quite uncomfortable. Another issue was with the hot water. While my husband was taking a shower, the hot water stopped after a few seconds. It worked initially, but then suddenly turned cold, and there was no hot water afterward. He had to finish his shower with cold water. This could be especially concerning if you have children, as starting with hot water and then suddenly having it turn cold can be quite inconvenient. Apart from these issues — the bed comfort and hot water — the property itself was clean, and we appreciated the overall stay.
