The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation (Cardholder must be present on Check In). Please note that this property requires a AUD 100 bond (Superior Deluxe Suites & Executive Spa Suites) or $200 bond (Studio Spa Suite) upon check in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
