The Lakes Hotel of the number of guests staying in each room. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 1% surcharge when you pay with Amex, Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. Guests must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation (Cardholder must be present on Check In). Please note that this property requires a AUD 100 bond (Superior Deluxe Suites & Executive Spa Suites) or $200 bond (Studio Spa Suite) upon check in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. All meals were excellent with a wide range of choice. Room was comfy, clean and quiet. View was lovely to look out over the river and see the rowers training each morning.

Breakfast was good I did find it very hard to find light in the night. I’ve stayed there a lot this year and first time I had no bed lamp and that was the first time there was no bed lamp.

Right from walking into the lobby to the reception area and up to our room was excellent. The spa room was set out well and had everything we needed. (almost - being a spa room we could've done with extra towels) Bed was comfy, view was great and sitting out on the balcony was lovely and peaceful. Checking in and out was easy and staff were all lovely. Breakfast was great and staff once again were lovely.
