Consistent level of high quality service across every level of staff. Even the housekeeping staff went out of their way to stop and ask me about my stay, made sure I had everything I needed and congratulate me for my cousin's wedding. Superb level of customer service

We were extremely disappointed in the musty ,wet smell in the room that apparently came from water leaks above us..,and the rather vile smell emanating from the toilet. Both these issues were witnessed , looked at and verified by one of the maintenance workers.. As we were in a hurry to get elsewhere,we reluctantly settled for a reduction in our room charge, but feel that some future compensation should be offered. If you have any other questions, I would rather talk personally on the phone to a supervisor or manager on the issue. Regards, Owen Ray.

The amenities are great, everything you need. located with a tram stop out the front and Central Markets next door. Makes for an easy and enjoyable trip. The rooms were very clean and tidy.
