The location was excellent — super close to Rundle Mall and right on North Terrace, and it was quite comfortable for the two of us for our month-long stay. The service was alright; when we arrived the sheets were the wrong size so we were able to get those remade painlessly. We also requested an extra set of towels, as there is no in-unit dryer. The wifi was overall passably fast, though could stutter sometimes on video calls. The TV, while outdated, is easy to move around and we could connect an HDMI cable to it easily for laptop and Nintendo Switch use. There was a rain head shower with nice water pressure, though it would be slow to drain if turned on too strong. The kitchen has plenty of storage space in case you intend on buying groceries. The gym in the property has good, new looking exercise equipment, including weights machines.
