The location of the hotel is great, right between the Rundle Mall and the stylish shops and restaurants of the east end of town. The atmosphere within the hotel and its comfortable common areas is lovely. The room was quiet, functional and comfortable. Would definitely stay again

The cleanliness of the room was fantastic, we also had a a great view of the city and hills, and the heater kept us warm all night. We ordered room service and unfortunately we had to cancel the order due to it not arriving. It was sent to our room at no charge - it was delicious and perfectly timed before we had to go out.
