Really loved the location of this little cottage! With a beam stop directly out the front we could get into the city for as little as $5 beam. Cute cafe a couple doors down with delicious breakfast. The house had all the amenities and the owner was very accomodating.

Good location & facilities. The building is well maintained as well as the amenities. The garage is also a bonus because there’s time restrictions on the street parking.

The old house was well presented. Location of the house was ok. But we still need to drive to the Rundle mall area.
