Room was clean and comfortable, location was OK because everywhere is walkable along north terrace. Complementary tea, coffee and biscuits was nice and there was a mini bar for drinks at extra cost.

Fantastic location across from RAH and close to the convention centre and train station. Staff very helpful. Very clean and well-equipped rooms

24-hour reception. There is a tramway stop at about 2-300 m from the hotel (free ride to main train station, Botanic Garden and city centre). The bus stop for the airport bus is about 500 m away (on Currie Street) - very convenient. The stay was so good that I came back to this hotel a few days later for three nights (then I got a room with a true outside view!).
