I loved the property, it was the best place I’ve stayed at. The location was central to where I needed to be and the staff were super friendly and polite. I will definitely book with them again.

Very noisy location especially being in the city. We stayed for 4 nights and our bath towels were never changed, only hand towels were changed. Other guests were very noisy all hours of the night. One guest a few doors down still used the laundry dryers after 1am even though it was required that 10pm was the latest allowed to use the laundry facility and our room was directly opposite the laundry. The parking situation was also a nightmare having to park or move the car during certain hours, consider "no parking" on the premises a major deal before booking at this location.
