Staff were excellent and catered to all our requirements during our stay. Rooms were ok but if you cannot handle noise from the street, then you might be best asking for a room at the back of the hotel. Room care was ok but could be done a little better. Being an ex room cleaner I could find a number of things I would have done a lot better.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The customer service provided by Zara was outstanding—she went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Truly exceeded my expectations! The place was clean, comfortable, and offered at a great price. Honestly, one of the most affordable and pleasant places to stay in Adelaide. Highly recommended!
