We have stayed in a lot of hotels worldwide. We loved our Marriot hotel room, comfortable and lovely view! Facilities fabulous! It was an international Rugby Union weekend and the city was alive! We were shocked the staff and breakfast facilities could not accommodate the people staying in the hotel! There was a 20 minute wait and people and families everywhere waiting. When we finally got inside there were empty tables but no staff to clear them! Never seen such poor customer service with so many International visitors. Not good enough for the price paid for room!
