Separate sections of the hotel for adults and children is perfect. Staff were excellent and very helpful Excellent choice and quality of food available.

I’m very excited of the food (especially dinner!!!) at the hotel - it was very tasty , big variety of everything. Very tasty, I cook well but that was even much better (every day new things!) - amazing experience! The room is big , I had stayed in lux . The check in was at 10 am ( I didn’t expect), also they serve welcoming glass of Prosecco at the reception!;) very nice compliment of them. They are very helpful and friendly at the reception, at the check out day - they gave me an opportunity to take a shower in a room with the towels (25 mins ) and they have a big luggage room that is very comfortable! Every day they clean the room !!! Spa zone is another great experience- I was impressed by massage , they gave me a good offer on it at the first day of booking, and the lady asked me afterwards when I accidentally met her in the hotel - in free days how do I feel after massage if everything is okay. Service is really 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5*, despite its a 4* hotel (I find it much better that some of the 5* hotels !)
