I tried to Firstly our room 21203, seems nice on first sight and spacious. The quality and feel of the sheets were good. The WIFI and TV went off several times during our stay but had UK channels. The pool service at the Eden pool bar was very good. Especial the girl with long braids. Her hot rock name badge said Baby. The system for entering the buffet restaurant could have been better but the staff worked hard to make it work. We tried coffee snack bar again today and the service and food arrival was quick and again it was Baby who served us. 5 stars to Baby! The evening bar staff were good.

How it built; the food; the pool areas; the lounge areas. The room. I did not like the fact that we did not get water into the room for each day of the stay and that you cannot find parking each time. I believe that some of the people that are working at the reception are not that well prepared because they did not disclose all the details from the start even if it was our first stay, also with the payment system for the food, as there were some issues.But I would come again and I recommend it. Also it would be very good to advise that you can you can pay only by card for food or drinks when you first engage with the guests.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very big and comfortable, they are soundproof (sooo good), singing events almost every night, the pool water is warm and nice, breakfast is very diverse and it’s until 11 am, so plenty of time to wake up late and not miss it, the Nespresso coffee is a plus that I really enjoyed, delicious coffee. The late check-out is super cool too, I got to enjoy my last morning there in the pool. I really recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday, it’s in a quiet area and I would say the nicest hotel in the area from what I’ve seen. If you look for a relaxing and quiet holiday away from the Playa de las Americas’s craziness, this is definitely the place for you.
