Great apartment and location. Building is new and pool is great. Beds are very comfy, apartment & kitchen has everything you need to spend time or cook inside. We traveled with 2 children (1 and 3 years) and had no issues preparing meals for them. Note: cabinets should be attached to the wall. The shoe one almost fell over the little one. Dishwasher and washing machine are just the extra features every family needs to save time. Balcony is big enough to have breakfast/spend time in the morning/afternoon. There are some restaurants, coffee places, shops and 3 beaches in the area. The closest one (5-7 minutes walking) is also the nicest. In front of the building is a bus station (our kids enjoyed a ride to playa de las americas - 20 minutes or so). Also, for car there is a parking place reserved under building.
