Renovation work is taking place from April 28th to July 4th 2025. Nearby areas will be closed, as well as the nearby rooms.

We loved the hotel and hope to go again sometime. Would not want the same room though as it overlooked where the deliveries arrive and was noisy in the mornings and evenings. We were supposed to have a garden view and could only just see it!

Beautifully laid out with lots of pools and restaurants but not crowded. Amazing customer service - lots of friendly staff around.

Second time at the hotel first time some 9 years ago, not much has changed from the moment we arrived I enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend if you want to experience a quality luxury hotel in Tenerife. The hotel, pools and gardens are well maintained and clean and there is lots of space to relax around the pools. The beach is 10 meters from the garden gate and its one of the best on the island. Breakfast was outstanding with a very large choice for all tastes, The staff throughout the resort were excellent and very friendly. I will be retuning in the future as its one of the best located and run hotels on the island..

The pools are lovely... the menu at beach club restaurant could have a few more lighter bites on, but the Beack Club Salad was delicious.
