Kidist Girma. She is the lady sitting at the reception. She is the best and kindest helpful lady. I had problems with mobile payment. I was wrong as it was my first experience she was the only person who was helpful. Thank you Kidist.

Well located, relatively luxurious. It would never be a 4 star hotel in Europe, but I think for Addis it offers very good value for money. The bed was very(!) comfortable and the staff was friendly. The two massages I had were excellent value for money.
