The friendly staff guided us to a spacious and pleasant room, and the housekeeping was done cleanly every day. The breakfast menu was almost all delicious, and the cafe in the lobby and the traditional coffee were enough to enjoy Ethiopia. The hotel location felt safe in a cleanly maintained area, and it was also good to enjoy around the hotel as there was a delicious bakery cafe located near the hotel.

The staff and service at elilly were excellent. Thedowus, the room division manager, made sure that I had a very comfortable stay during my 2 weeks at elilly. The cleaning lady was top notch and often surprised me with fresh flowers in the room. Special perk: they gave me a free late checkout for the evening, as my flight departed late. Exceptional customer service and great mindset of management 💪
