Everything was just perfect. Communication prior to booking was exceptional, airport pickup up and drop off was smooth. All my requests were met adequately. Staff in all department were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and the bed was excellent. The hotel is very close to the airport...Best of all the room was noisy free being on the 7th floor.

The customer service and care of the staff was the best part of my stay at the hotel. Everyone from reception, to the restaurant's staff, to the security was very welcoming and accommodating with any request or query I had. As a woman and solo traveller for work, I also felt very safe.

Location was in walking distance to the Mellinium Hall which we were attending for a conference. The bar was open 24 hours and the staff were really friendly.

The hotel's location is very convenient: 5 minutes from the airport, and various restaurants, shopping centers, banks, cafes, etc., are on the same street. Several banks even have ATM machines at the hotel entrance, which is a plus. The room is super clean and spacious, with a large comfortable bed and a lovely balcony. The hotel generally has a very good vibe with welcoming, super-friendly and attentive staff. I very much liked everything.
