This hotel was a wonderful surprise. While the facilities were solid, it was the exceptional staff that truly made my stay memorable. I had an unexpected hospital visit, and the team went above and beyond—proactive, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will gladly return every time I’m in Addis.
