The quiet room suited well on this occasion as there was a wedding on the same date. Normally on my several visits I preferred a room on the upper floor.

I used to live nearby, & had been there only for meals It is an excellent hotel. the standard has never slipped Food quality is exceptional Rooms are beautiful, spotless, & well equipped Staff are lovely & obliging will certainly come back!

breakfast was excellent and fresh, the surrounding in the breakfast area were excellent. the staff were extremely helpfull polite and friendly. my room was at the back of the hotel which meant a lovely quiet sleep
