Beautiful property..the views are stunning and it’s only 10-15 min drive to adare on quiet roads! Very modern rooms and beautifully designed.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property. Such good value for money and an easy ride into Adare and Limerick. Anne was so hospitable and very generous - even giving us a lift to a wedding. We’d certainly stay here again.

Probably the nicest b&b I’ve ever been to. The house is modern with gardens and a 250m drive! Great breakfast too
