The room facilities were nice. It could accommodate 2 couples without kids. Or just two people in each room or 4 if they don’t mind sharing the bed. The room was nice and equipped with air conditioner. A kitchen, balcony, nice and big bathroom are there to make sure you accommodate nicely. The host was nice. She tried her best to help us get through the room taking procedure.

We had a very nice welcome from Antonietta when we arrived. The apartment was adequate for our needs. The villa was beautifully maintained and the property manager was available at all times. We felt safe and it was close to shopping in Acilia, airport, and city centre by car. Parking for our auto was available on site. Access to laundry. Wifi was available but needed to be reconnected often. Antonietta thank you for your kindness and excellent hospitality. We will come again!

The property is lovely beautiful place to stay but is a bit of a way from everything if you don’t drive but once you work out there the metro (closest one is Acilia which is a 30 minute walk from the house but a nice walk) is it’s only 20 minutes in to central Rome and the seaside Lido. The kitchen is great and there’s a supermarket only a 10 minute walk away. There is also plenty of room and on the second floor has a balcony.
