Very close to the beach. Very good equipped apartment, it has everything you need. City of Skiathos Is easily reachable by bus. Nice owners.

Nina was the perfect host. She met us on arrival and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. We had a generous welcome pack and the bed was very comfortable too. The property is well situated for the beach within 5 minutes, bus stop and supermarkets. Also there are lovely restaurants and a bar nearby.

Experience with Nina´s House was way better than we expected. It is located in beautiful place, landlord was very nice and helpful person :). We stayed in apartment with terase, there was table and chairs which we used a lot. Interior of apartment was very well equipped. In the kitchen we could find everything we needed. We travelled with little baby, so we recieved childrens bed and dinning chair. We also could use some toys, which were prepared for guests. There is Achladies beach only one minute of walk from the apartment and i have to admit that this is maybe the most beautiful beach on the island. We were very satisfied in this place and we will surely return!

Everything! The owners and the staff are very nice, we felt so welcomed and like we have just entered a family home❤️ The apartment was pristine, had the most beautiful view of the sea and 2 big balconies where you can just relax. It is also across the street from the beach. They also gave us a welcoming basket with goodies, coffee and water when we first arrived and when we left we received a goodbye gift🥹 We had never had just a wonderful stay before and we travel a lot and stay in nice places usually but none like this. We highly recommend this place, you will not regret it!
