Clean apartment, good prompt communication with the host. Shuttle transport was very welcome after a long journey to be collected from the airport. Facilities such as the gym and pool were good. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant on site was useful for breakfast or evening drink.

Saying the staff were amazing is an understatement. Ernest and Lord did a fantastic job in helping us feel welcome. Especially Ernest, he was so amazing. I have never seen a staff go above and beyond to help customers the way that Ernest did. Ernest went far beyond what would be considered his job description and became more like a friend. Our hearts are full of gratitude.

Modern decor and layout, really good shower, availability of air-conditioning in living area and bedroom, access to gym and swimming pool, the availability of a restaurant and supermarket on site and facial recognition features without the need for a key ( however from a data privacy and security perspective, we were not provided with the option to opt out and no one explained how our sensitive biometric personal data would be handled or the retention period for keeping it).
