The property is in the pipeline maintenance process so some areas of the hotel are blocked.The property will be under general remodeling until March 31st, 2020.The Acuario Restaurant is under maintenance until further notice. Emotional Support Dog, Conditions:
•Additional nightly fee of $990.00 MXN plus taxes, per guest room. The fee includes your dog's stay and special cleaning.
•Only one small or medium dog with a maximum weight of 44 lb is allowed.
•Guest must present a medical certificate issued by a mental health specialist with a seal and professional license, valid up to 12 months prior to the check-in date.
•Your dog must always wear a leash or harness and remain within allowed areas: your guest room, circulation areas, and specially designed areas.
•Your dog cannot access the hotel's dining outlets, swimming pool, fitness center, event spaces, or restricted areas.
•Guests will be responsible for their pet's behavior. In case of any damage to the property or affectation to another guest or staff, the guest will be responsible and will pay accordingly.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The beach is absolutely wonderful and the view over the bay from both the hotel balcony and the beach were awesome. Nice staff, breakfast is not the best, but there were some very nice options to choose from.

We had an upgrade thanks to the Genius programme, the room was excellent and very spacious. We were all comfortable and the sea view was amazing. It's a good floor (14) as it's for the Fiesta Rewards members. Very clean and the bed very comfortable.
