The fine print
In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety.The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of guests aged 16 and over. The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival or departure of the guests. And also, the travel registrations must be registered by the host in a travel register book, which can be in physical or digital format, with a minimum of 100 pages and a maximum of 500 pages.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

This is a very comfortable apartment, it has everything you could need, very near bars and restaurants, but on a quiet road. The terrace is very large with the most beautiful sea view, the sunsets are fabulous. We would return, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Terrace and the view of the sunset is amazing! When you open the sliding door it creates a large open space with a sea view.

My experience at the Ocean WAVE apartment was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I checked in, I felt extremely welcomed. The owners were professional, courteous, and always willing to help, which made my stay truly exceptional. The apartment was spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The amenities in the apartment were top-notch, and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. Every morning, I enjoyed a peaceful breakfast using the well-equipped kitchen. The location of the apartment is ideal – close to the main tourist attractions, yet in a quiet area, which ensured peace and relaxation after a day full of adventures. Additional perks included amenities like the terrace with a beautiful view and access to a nearby pool, which allowed for complete relaxation. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a unique place to stay. I will definitely return at the earliest opportunity!

Everything was perfect! The apartment is close to the bars and restaurants in Los Gigantes yet is peaceful and quiet. It has everything you need inside the apartment and has a great balcony with an amazing view! Although the sun isn’t on the balcony till mid day, the pool gets the sun early so we went there in the morning. We loved our stay here and will definitely return!
