I honestly didn’t expect a 4-star resort to feel this exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — the kind of warm, genuine hospitality you’d typically find at a 5-star hotel. The food was incredible, with a variety and quality that truly surprised me. The beach was breathtaking, with a lively reef full of colorful fish, and the lagoona was clear and serene. The swimming pools were always clean, but what stole my heart was the beautiful garden — so many types of vibrant roses and different trees, it felt like walking through a painting. Our room was simple but spotless, with everything we needed: a fridge, kettle, daily water bottles, and a lovely selection of tea and coffee. What really touched us was the thoughtful gesture they made for our family: they gave us juice and water for the trip back home, especially thinking of our 12-year-old daughter. I also want to give a big thank you to the master chef, who was always present during mealtimes ensuring everyone was happy, and to the lifeguards — they were not only watching over us but also kindly guiding us while we snorkeled off the wooden platform. This place truly left a mark on me, and I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Nice and tidy, small and quiet most of the time. Food ok, always an Egyptian and a gluten free option (this last one was mainly boiled rice and steamed veggies)

We had an amazing stay at Wadi Lahmy Azur Hotel in Egypt. Everything was absolutely perfect! Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, always spotless and tidy. The food was simply delicious, with a wide variety of options, even for vegetarians. There were plenty of fresh salads and a great mix of dishes, making every meal exciting and diverse. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly felt at home. The entire resort was immaculate, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. The gardens were stunning, full of lush greenery and well-kept trees. The location right by the sea made it even more special, with plenty of activities available to enjoy our time to the fullest. A special thank you to Mr Sherif, who went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost headphones from our room. His dedication to excellent customer service, along with his polite and attentive nature, truly made a difference. Thank you again for a fantastic stay! We will definitely return and highly recommend Wadi Lahmy Azur Hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday.
