I want to share my wonderful experience in this hotel to everyone. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The best thing for this stay were all staffs they were kind and sweet, but the best staff was Zain who was helping me sincerely. I want to say I am really appreciated and impressed by him. I lost my passport and EID in a taxi which I don't know and I realized that doing check-in. I was in mentally panic. But he was so professional, he made me calm down first and did his best to find back my all documents. He was calling first to taxi company lost and found department. And also contact the taxi driver to make him come to hotel as soon as possible, what he did on that day was so grateful. I am also working in a service field, and I know how much gave his efforts to this, and it is not easy at all. I even learned from him what is the hospitality is. Thank you so much Zain:) and the staff who was directly ran to me and made me calm down together with Zain. You made my day, you saved my life. All the best to Zain and him. I hope to see you again!!
