The fine print
Please note that maximum of one child below the age of 6 years, of registered guests can enjoy complimentary meals when dining with a paying parent. This includes buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner in the main restaurant only ( In room dining not included). Please note that children between the age 6 and 12 years, will be charged 50% on full board and half board basis. Please note that an original valid passport is required upon check-in.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a somewhat mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were genuinely friendly and did a great job throughout my stay — always courteous and helpful. The room was clean, and the food offered was consistently good, with a nice variety and quality. However, the hotel itself felt quite run down and tired, particularly the beach area, which was a big letdown. The lack of a beach club was disappointing, and the sun loungers were in terrible condition — old, dirty, and clearly in need of replacement. The hotel lobby also wasn’t cool enough, which made it uncomfortable to relax in during hotter parts of the day. Inside the room, a coffee machine would have been a nice touch, as it’s something I’ve come to expect at this level. The mattress was also much too firm for my liking, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. Overall, while the service and cleanliness stood out in a good way, the hotel itself needs some serious updates to match the level of hospitality provided by the staff.
