Nice to have our own front door. Facilities, ie washing machine. Comfortable bed. Use of swimming pools. Very pleasant, helpful staff on reception. Always clean & tidy inside & out. Lovely sunsets from the balcony. Water taxi nearby, which we caught, got off at Yas Marina, had dinner & caught the last boat back.

Very good location if you need something close to the airport and Yas Mall. Fairly nice waterfront near the apartments. Laura Coffee And Bakery is a must for speciality coffee lovers.

The location is at an upscale compound in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. It has a suburban feel to it, and the area is quite except for the occasional plane flying overhead as Yas Island is close to Abu Dhabi airport. It's a walking distance to Yas Mall, which offers an exquisite shopping and dining experience. It's also across the street from Ferrari Land, Sea World and Formula One racetrack. The unit is exceptionally well-equipped. The property managers "Royal Holidays" thought of every detail. They and building staff were all responsive to our needs and questions. We found the unit very clean. The bed and other furniture were comfortable. I plan to go back there and have no hesitation in recommending it.
