The check-in process, especially the check-out, took nearly 15 minutes. I was asked to sit and wait, but no one informed me when the process was complete. I only found out it was okay to leave because I approached the front desk to check if everything was in order.

The hotel is nice, just in front of Qasr Al Hosn, that you can see from the windows! The corniche is reachable with a short walk, and in the neighbouring area there is plenty of restaurants, shops, and also the WTC mall and souq! The woman in the reception is one of the most kind, nice and friendly people I met in Abu Dhabi! Her availability to solve every problem and her laugh while talking make my short stay more pleasant! :)
