I was in this hotel for 2 nights and had a comfortable time here. my flight coming in from casablanca was on time and the hotel provided driver was there to pick me up on time......furthermore my drop off taxi was equally flawless... the breakfasts were basic but filling and gets you ready for the day; the staff here, especially Joseph Ya and Raschid, are very polite and understanding and always ready to help. language was a slight problem for me, its mainly french in Abidjan and not many can speak english here....however, it gave me the best chance to practice my spoken french and i felt i improved with each passing day; i enjoyed this learning experience. this hotel is in the Koumassi area of Abidjan, a very big city of 7 million people. taxis can be expensive but i quickly learnt how to make use of the minivan taxi services, and the busses, running all round the city at a very low cost. sometimes you may have a to wait a bit, and these minivans get very crowded, but if you can get in and get a window seat, you will be totally fine with these cheap rides. the foods in Abidjan are absolutely fine and of high quality and taste, in particular i loved the food and fruits choices offered in the various CAP SUD malls or the CARREFOUR malls, dotted all around the city. walking around the city was totally safe, even at night, just use your common sense; i went to the other big three main areas of Abidjan , Marcory, La Plateau [my best area and the city centre], and the slightly posher residential area of Cocody....i found the people all over Abidjan generally friendly and helpful. i did not encounter any scary moments at all....obviously be very careful after dark....in fact i am thinking of returning to Abidjan, for a month or two, just to improve my spoken french!!!

All staffs were Amazing. I had more encounter with Joseph and he was humble and helpful Clean environment. Good WiFi. I'd stay there again whenever I travel to abidjan.
