The room was very spacious and very clean. The location was a very quiet neighbourhood. The staff were very helpful.

Location is good. It is newish establishment so most things are relatively new.. Staff is very accommodative and polite.. We got extra clean towels on request. I can see that they are paying attention to their reviews and updated the place based on previous remarks.. This by no means a luxury stay.. but for what it is, it is very good. A furnished serviced apartment with all the basic apartment amenities in a nice quiet area very close to one of the main street "Bani Malik' with everything needed (assuming you have your own transportation). It is a little pricier then average but I think it is worth it. If you are looking to be left alone, stay in a nice, clean, quiet place with all the basic comforts needed for a short stay with a respectful staff. Go for it.

Everything appears satisfactory, however, there is a frequent discrepancy between the amenities listed on hotel booking sites and those offered by the receptionist at check-in. Often, to receive the full range of services as detailed in our reservation, we find ourselves having to argue with the receptionist. Unfortunately, this practice has become increasingly prevalent across various hotels in Saudi Arabia
