It was clean, quiet & comfortable with fantastic sea views. The floorboards didn't squeak...which is amazing for an old building! We didn't have to worry or stress about anything. Everything was straightforward.

Breakfast was fine. My only quibble would be that I would have preferred an earlier start although I appreciate that 8am is not unusual in a seaside location

Good location, nice room with big bathroom, quality bedding and towels really good breakfast cooked to order with locally sorced products, friendly and knowledgeable host in Alison, will definitely use again.
