very friendly staff, near to city centre, beach and attractions, spacious room, comfy bed, fine food , breakfast and drinks, safe parking in the backyard

The position of the property was good with parking. Restaurant and bar was fine. I had a few issues at this property as described in the negatives. The massive plus point was a wonderful lass Called Roxy ROXANA. She was absolutely magnificent. She dealt very well with the issues i had. If I owned this hotel I would be giving her the manageress position. She was Five Star
“Last minute panic booking”

Being able to book at such short notice was wonderful and made a very stressful situation much more manageable. The room was cosy and clean which was just what I wanted.

Good breakfast 8-10am meant able to eat after the park run on Saturday. Lots of good choices
