Long drive off the road, so we couldn't hear no traffic, no neighbours , just the wild life while we sat infront of the fire. And chilled out for our anniversary without the kids and pets. And only 10 miles away from town, we will definitely be booking here again for next year.

The location was absolutely perfect and exactly the get away we needed. No signal, nature sounds, peace and starry nights. We loved it and look forward to the next trip there. Jim and Anne are warm and lovely people who will always make sure you have everything you need. I highly recommend this oasis if you need to disconnect and relax.

It was so peaceful and the views were beautiful. The carriage has everything that you need, it has been designed so well. Our hosts Jim and Ann have done a wonderful job and they always look after their guests. This is our second stay and it won't be our last. The stars were amazing to watch whilst sitting around the fire pit eating chilli with a nice bottle of red. It was a perfect break.

Great location and view. Plenty of walks from the door in many directions, good circular walks down to the river and back up the valley. We enjoyed cooking on the fire pit and playing the outdoor game🤔Very comfortable and good communication from the owner. Will book again.
