The hotel had a nice appearace and ambience and was very clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The bed - once you negotiate your way into the room - was comfortable.

Great location, personal welcome message from general manager, high standard of refurbishment. Chelsea, at breakfast was super friendly and breakfast was lovely.
