The fine print
Please be aware that children under the age of 16 are only able to use the swimming pool at limited times. The times they can use the facilities are from spa opening until 10:00, and then 16:00 – 20:00. Pre-booking for spa access is recommend as you will be allowed a 1 hour access per night of your stay.Pets are allowed on request, please add this to your booking before arrival.
We have a limited number of dog-friendly rooms available.Please note that dogs cannot go into our Brasserie restaurant but are welcome in the Oak Lounge Bar.
Charges may be applicable.Important notice - Children are not allowed stay in the hotel on Dec 30th and 31st. Please do not book stays for children on these dates. Thank you for your co-operation.

When arriving, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. When went and had a drink in the bar whilst waiting for our room to be ready and the bar staff were equally friendly. The food in the restaurant was really tasty. Me and my son also enjoyed our slot in the spa, I think 2 hours was more than enough time for a swim etc, plus we lounged by the pool with a drink ordered via the QR code on the table. This was a really nice bonus!
