Great location with good access to the town, the local beach, and the whole of Conway Bay. Good sized property for the money. Generally clean and comfortable. Wasn't expecting it to be cold enough to need heating, but that's June for you, and the radiators came on immediately and I turned the heating off very soon after - very efficient.

The property is in a peaceful residential area within easy walking distance of the town. The owner is very pleasant and allowed us early access into the property as we had arrived a little earlier than expected. The property was more than adequate for our needs with an added bonus of a small game's room which kept the children entertained. We found plenty to do with the family within a short distance to the property. An animal farm park, castle, beach and play park are all within walking distance. Just a short drive away theres a funfair, market and much more. There are bus stops a short walk from the property if you don't want to use the car.
