Pleasant and comfortable. There appears to be a leak from the radiator tap in Room 4, I left laundry by it and it was soaking in the morning. Needs attention.

Feeling of being home from home. Everything provided with great value for money, Clean and looks newly refurbished. Close to main road and bus stop with easy access to town centre, A very safe place to be with a peace of mind.

The location is excellent as within walking distance to both university and the sea. Bed was comfortable, house very modest but had everything that was required (just no hairdryer). Breakfast had 4 available cereals and milk, plus white toast bread and selection of peanut butter, jam and butter. Very clean bathrooms, good for a longer stay and self catering.
