I liked that there was no noise and the dining room was well laid out with a adequate supply of cereal and Juices etc,great value at the price. The guest house was in a central location and it was a comfortable place to stay.

I liked the location it's right in town but far enough away from Union st to be nice and quiet .

The room was spacious and smartly decorated. The bed and pillows were just fine for a comfortable sleep. Shared toilet was only 5m from room. Help yourself continental breakfast from 6-10 am was good/convenient to.
