The card holder must be present and will be asked for official photographic identification, e.g. valid passport, driving license or national I.D. card upon arrival.Please note that reception is opened between 09:30 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Arrivals outside of reception hours must be requested by the property in advance.The self-check-in instructions will be sent via email. Please note, guests who book and are under the age of 21 must have written consent from the management at the property prior to their arrival. Bookings will not be guaranteed without this. The Spires reserves the right to refuse reservations for anyone under the age of 21.If booking more than 3 apartments different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Self catering - no breakfast. Kitchen facilities were adequate Location was excellent. Buses into town right outside the main entrance. We've stayed before and will in the future.
