The card holder must be present and will be asked for official photographic identification, e.g. valid passport, driving license or national I.D. card upon arrival.Please note that reception is opened between 09:30 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Arrivals outside of reception hours must be requested by the property in advance.The self-check-in instructions will be sent via email. Please note, guests who book and are under the age of 21 must have written consent from the management at the property prior to their arrival. Bookings will not be guaranteed without this. The Spires reserves the right to refuse reservations for anyone under the age of 21.If booking more than 3 apartments different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. I liked the size of the apartment and the fully equipped kitchen. It was a fairly quiet apartment and there were a few cafes and restaurants nearby. Walking to Downtown was easy if that's your thing, but there was also a bus stop right next to the apartments for ease of travel.

We booked two apartments at this property, and they were simple, clean, and reminded us of cozy university accommodations. Right upon entering, we found separate rooms with doors for Bedroom, living area, kitchen and Bathroom
