This place is a real gem, and the owners (super nice and friendly!) take excellent care of it. The room we stayed in was beautiful - cozy, welcoming, and very well-equipped. This is how hospitality should feel - welcoming and caring. I also highly recommend the breakfast. There are plenty of options, but we went for the traditional full Scottish breakfast, and it was absolutely fantastic. The guesthouse is just a 10-minute walk from the heart of the city, yet the neighborhood itself is wonderfully quiet, offering the best of both worlds.

Location was nice and quiet with shops/restaurants/bars only a 10-minute walk away. Everything is within easy walking distance, so you don't really need a car. Breakfast was so good that I didn't need lunch!

Beautiful guest house managed privately. We were welcomed in person and felt comfortable from the first minute on. The breakfast was prepared fresh in front of us. The bed was huge.

Good location for visiting attractions. Breakfast was made to suit the individual. My room had a lovely little fridge in there.
