Please note the lead guest must be 25 years or older. A copy of passport or drivers license is required within 24 hours of booking. The property will contact guests with check-in and key collection instructions after the security deposit has been paid. Colin (the host) is super responsive to messages. I have a family member in hospital and wasnt sure how long id need the accommodation for, Colin kindly held a extra couple of weeks for me incase I needed them. The flat is handy with the city centre (under 15 min walk)
