Set in the Upper Swansea Valley, in the Brecon Beacons National Park, Pentre offers on-site riding stables, trekking centre, and free Wi-Fi for all guests.
The bedrooms are light and spacious and have a shower. Each includes a digital TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The property no longer offers breakfast, however all rooms are equipped with a kitchenette and small refrigerator.
Guests can have lunch and dinner at local pubs, and there is a restaurant just 300 metres away.
Set directly opposite Craig-y-Nos Castle, Pentre Riding Stables is a 45-minute drive from Swansea. Neath Railway Station is a 15-minute journey by car. Pentre Riding Stables is also just down the road from the Dan-yr-Ogof National Showcaves of Wales.

The location was perfect for us as it is situated in close walking distance to a park and we were able to walk our dog in beautiful woodlands and then enjoy a great cup of coffee at the cafe

Woman who works or owns it messaged me with all the instructions and gave us a call the day of travel checking everything was okay which was lovely. Rooms was lovely with everything you need in and very clean. The horses outside the window was a bonus 🤩

The location was great, and had a lots of great walks and pubs near by. Cosy vibe and could see the horses, dogs and cats which was lovely. Comfy and cosy beds and shower had such a good pressure! Very warm.

Lovely warm, comfy, spacious room. Beautiful area with mountain views from window. Loved the microwave and fridge option as I was able to have food here after a long drive. Good parking at end of path. Easy to find and perfect as I was visiting the Showcaves, just a quarter of a mile away!
