Value for money, staff were friendly, the facilties were ok. Overall the property offers good value for money and I was given a larger room which was good.

Though not at all new and luxurious, this apartment was clean and cosy. Having read previous reviews, I didn't expect much (actually only location and price was important), but the property exceeded my expectations. And the owner, Said, was extremely helpful. Not far from a beach, also a little shop besides, and cool swimming pool to relax inside

Budget apartments on the outskirts of Saidia with friendly, helpful staff. Accommodation was basic, but met our needs. Nice small swimming pool with sun loungers and a large roof terrace to enjoy the evening sun. Quiet and tranquil location.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Nice balcony and a great rooftop for chilling in the evening's. The owner of the building is a very generous person and does his best to facilitate his customer. For us as a family it was a great experience
