Beautiful, serene, chic hotel set in lush surroundings with a pool overlooking paddy fields. The house itself was an aristocratic manor house, and the owners have trodden the line of maintaining some historical character but keeping the interiors fresh, bright and modern. The staff are super friendly and on hand to help with anything. Journey into Kandy is an easy 20 min Uber ride -worth it for the peace and quiet. Breakfast on the terrace every morning was sublime, eating an excellent range of a la carte options to the sound of birdsong. Room was spacious and comfortable. I'd recommend this in a heartbeat.

Beautiful historic colonial boutique hotel stay away from the hustle of Kandy. Staff were very attentive and food was lovely.
