The view of the river was beautiful & the outdoor onsen was amazing. The complimentary popsicles were a cute touch. The breakfast was great & the staff were all lovely

Went to lobby to refill my water bottle at 11pm, there is a stop service sign in front of the water machine, a male staff somehow passed by saw the situation then offered me a water bottle right away. Seems that the staff cares their customers

It is located within walking distance to the best BBQ restaurant in town - Yakiniku Abashiri Beer Kan! They have a long queue, and we waited an hour in our hotel room.

Amenities, facilities and lots of freebies. Free ice cream and drinks on the 9th floor, free ramen every night, coffee at the lobby. Delicious breakfast. Great onsen. Mostly for business people.

A centrally located hotel in the best Dormy Inn tradition. Friendly staff and more than adequate breakfast. Great onsen. Helpful advice on nearby restaurants.

Good location. Comfortable and spacious room. Quite a large spa for a city hotel, free ice cream, yakult and ramen like all Dormy inns. Many seafood restaurants within a short drive. Good base for exploring the Kitami and Abashiri/Shiretoko regions

Good view from the room as well as a great view from the onsen / roof. The (small) outdoor onsen was great.
